‘Islamic fascism’, this most current war cry of the Neocons, is nothing more than the latest terminological inexactitude on the falling power curve of the Neocons, an ugly last ditch attempt to breathe new life into the fast fading, faltering and dying war steed of the Neocons.

Most recently, the president of United States said: “This nation is at war with Islamic fascists who will use any means to destroy those of us who love freedom, to hurt our nation.”

Not to be debated in this column is the fact that the United States itself is now so steadfastly embarked upon a course of such vile fascism that even genuine American fascists are distancing themselves from this Neoconish version of it. Also not to be debated here are further facts that the Islamic fundamentalists who, according to the grapevine, perpetrated 9/11 and similar crimes in Europe, hanker for a fundamentalist theocracy, not fascism and that the new American fascists themselves have their religion and government so thoroughly welded with each other that it is difficult to tell one from the other. It is no more a secret that a select group of powerful men of a certain Western Judeo-Christian strain (Anglo-U$raeli henceforth), and their regional touts, are indeed busy carving a new world for us all, a world where we all will be ‘equal’ at last.

It is also a fact that all world orders, from the olden to the present ones, have always been shaped and reshaped from the Middle East. Earlier, it was done in the name of God by kings and Crusaders where adding huge chunks of real estate to the Empire was their actual aim. Now, it is being done in the name of liberty by ruling charlatans for the left over riches in the innards of the earth. While the convenient banner of divinity has been replaced by the equally expedient flag of freedom, we the underdogs, force-fed with the illusory diet of religion and patriotism, continue as ever to remain the fodder, fuel and engine for the schema of the devil. Something is Rotten in the State of Denmark

A huge ‘terror plot’ has just been uncovered in London. “This was intended to be mass murder on an unimaginable scale” say the London Metropolitan police. Britain’s terror alert, accordingly, has been ratcheted up to its highest-ever level with security services, military and police now on “severe specific” alert.

Not to be left behind, even though the list of unanswered questions, irregularities, and discrepancies continues to grow with each passing hour, the obedient Western media jumped at the occasion ensuring a spate of spectacular cover stories and anti-Muslim tirade.

As usual, though the facts are still coming in, the media is dutifully following the open-ended cues provided by the US and British governments, and reproducing the handed-down script without a pause for the facts to emerge fully. With an indecent haste, government enforcers have already slapped ridiculous restrictions on travelers, with mother’s having to taste baby milk before they board planes and all hand luggage, including liquid drinks, being banned.

The Neocons’ Greatest Sin

Neocons - They got their nickname out of defecting from the Democratic camp to the Conservative camp (therefore: “new Conservatives”), and not for renewing Conservatism or the like.

Of all the sins that the Neocons have committed, of all their deeds and misdeeds, of all their devious misconducts, there is one act of theirs that by far surpasses all the rest of their acts of omission and commission. And that is giving rise to a tidal wave of resurgence of Islamic radicalism from Africa to Indonesia and leaving people like me in the lurch.

Allow me to explain.

I was born in a moderate Pakistan and grew up to adulthood in General Zia’s America inspired Jihadi times. I witnessed firsthand the invasion of Afghanistan by the Soviet juggernaut and the sudden mushrooming of American funded Jihadi outfits all over Pakistan to counter that. I saw the eventual humbling of the Soviet forces by those resistance fighters and the resultant demise of the Soviet Union. I was younger then and was awed by the reported heroics of these Islamic fighters who stood in the way of a godless, alien force that wanted to subjugate not just Afghanistan but all the bordering countries into absolute submission. I could rattle out the names of all the 17 or so resistance organizations in Pakistan and Iran that were conducting operations inside Afghanistan. I remembered the names of all of their leaders. The Truth of Israel’s War

The truth is that organizations like Hizbollah and Hamas are there because Israel is there and not vice versa.

As the land of Lebanon continues to be drenched with the blood of its own children, the world stands in a hushed silence watching this murderous crime from the safety of the sidelines. The Muslim world itself, with nary a peep from it’s corpulent leadership, remains busy in brave exchanges of ‘please-say-no-to-Israeli-aggression’ emails and imploring Allah to come to the aid of Israel’s victims.It is time to shout the truth of Israel’s war from the rooftops.

American gods

Not withstanding the fact that Aristotle had said long back that, “the gods too are fond of a joke” and that there were no American gods then, now there are and we the “hadjis” of the world need to understand that, like all gods, the American gods too are fond of a joke.

Not withstanding the fact that the term “hadji” is used by American forces in Iraq as the word “gook” was for Vietnamese to signify the subhuman scum of the earth and that the term “hadji” had to be coined for Iraqis because unfortunately there are no ‘Mai Lais’ in Iraq, only Fallujahs and Hadithas and Ramadis and Ishaqis, we the hadjis of the world understand that American gods too are fond of a joke.
