Who Shall Inherit The Earth?

The present chaos in the world is painted by some as a struggle between dictatorships and democracy, yet others have termed it a war between Christianity and Islam, calling it a Crusade. There is neither any such struggle between democratic and dictatorial forces visible anywhere, nor are there are any Crusades going on. We are only witnessing a continuing saga of the Haves and the Have-nots.

Regardless of cast, color, creed, national identities or isms, the world is divided into two main opposing social classes, the tiny Haves and the massive Have-nots. The main driving force of modern history is simply the struggle between these two classes. Religious polarization is merely another tool in the hands of the Haves to keep the Have-nots busy, heads down, in their myriad struggles lest they pause long enough to behold their own emaciated selves and the folds of fat around the frames of the slave masters.

Dust Off The Nuremberg Files

At Nuremberg, in early October 1945, the four prosecuting nations — the United States, Great Britain, France and Russia — issued an indictment against 24 men and six organizations of the Nazi Germany. Of that 24 only 21 eventually sat down in the trial. The individual defendants were charged not only with the systematic murder of millions of people, but also with planning and carrying out the war in Europe. Twelve Nazi officials were sentenced to be hanged, three sentenced to life in prison, four were given prison sentences of 10-20 years, and the rest were acquitted.Presently, the ongoing American and British slaughter of thousands of Iraqi and Afghan civilians constitutes a blatant war crime. Average legal skills should be able to prove that a similar case for the prosecution against the current coalition leaders can easily be constructed on comparable lines.

Bagram is a historic city 60 kilometers northwest of Kabul, in Afghanistan. Located at the crossroads between East and West of the yore, it has witnessed intense cultural exchanges in the past. Before being sacked by the Sassanian emperor in year 241, Bagram was once the summer capital of the great Kushan Empire of India. In the ruins of the central palace building in Bagram, a treasure trove of rich antiques was found. These ranged from ivory-plated stools of Indian origin, lacquered boxes from Han dynasty era, Greco-Roman glasses from Egypt and Syria, Hellenistic statues in the Pompean style to moldings and silverware of Mediterranean origin. Of Nuclear Giants And Ethical Infants

In the democracy of the dead all men at last are equal. There is neither rank nor station nor prerogative in the republic of the grave. John James Ingalls.

The United Nations Organization was set up by the victorious allies at the end of World War II. The founding charter was endorsed by 51 countries. Today 191 states send delegates to the General Assembly.

The opening of 21st century witnessed a severe mauling of this august body. The supposed custodian of world peace, the United Nations was hammered into subservience in the run-up to the Iraq war. The United States and Britain, the Big Two out of the Big Five, trampled upon the world opinion with a rude disdain. Loyalties were bought and sold in plain sight. This brazen demonstration of naked ambitions was openly backed by a crude display of elephantine might. The world stood aghast as a helpless bystander paying an anguished accolade to this vulgar show of unbridled power. Read more

Almost all of the major world crisis can be traced to the Arab world. Concurrently, out of all the foreign forces present in the Arab world, a whopping 85% are American forces. So in essence it really is America Vs the Arab World. For better understanding, let us take a brief look at the character of the two protagonists.

Here is the creed of the gang that now occupies the White House;

“The American leadership is good both for America and for the world; and that such leadership requires military strength, diplomatic energy and commitment to moral principle.” Read more

Anonymous Racism

I believe any wanton loss of life should make us cringe, let alone the one visited upon a defenseless people by the most awesome military machine on earth. I believe that when we mourn, we should make no distinction on the basis of race, color or creed as no one’s blood is redder than that of the next man’s. I believe that even as we wallow in our collective grief, each day as the sun sets in Iraq it sets not just on its landscape…it also sets on hundreds of innocent lives, cut down in a brutal war that was neither of their making nor of their choice. I believe that while we all continue to express our powerless sorrow, the bloodbath in Iraq surges ahead unchecked and unrestrained. In the aftermath of my article The United Vegetative States of America, I received hundreds of emails/comments from readers the world over. Most of these were from Americans. They spoke to me in one voice. They wanted to have nothing to do with this evil war that is wrought upon an already aggrieved nation by the corporate businessmen, bankers and oilmen. They had seen through the holy façade, the blatant lies and the sinister cover-ups. They understood…they shared the pain…they condemned the atrocities…they were sorry. Read more
